Non receipt of the dual Sim Card Phone

Sir,

I have ordered Dual Sim Card Mobile Phone from I-Value Mart in the month of Feb. 2008. The payment of Rs. 8000 was made by me via my credit card. The product was to be sent to me on my Delhi Adress alongwith the free gift. But the same was not sent to me upto April. Thereafter I had to change my residence to Jammu. I intimated the company about the change of address and their executives promosed me that the product will be sent to my new address. But despite calling them so many times they did not send the product. Somehow, one day while calling one of their executive Mr. Peter, told me that the order was cancelled and they were going to send me another dual sim card phone in a weeks time along with the free gift and they gave me the new order no as 5690. But that product has not been send so far. Now almost seven months have passed but they dont care to give me my product. It is worthwhile to say here that they even do not listen to my call also. Pl tell me what I have to do, to get me the product or get my money back. Thanks
