SUB: Complaint regarding Undue Over charges.

Sir/Madam,
This is to bring in your kind notice that We have been overcharged for the services we have never asked for. This in reference for Telephone number 011-32911555. We are forwarding you the details which have been wrongly charged in our bill:
1. Caller Tune Rental for 25/6 to 25/7 : Rs. 30
2. MCA subsciption for 18/6 to 18/7 : Rs. 60
3. Reliance World Usage: Rs. 129
4. Dial 51234 Premium Voice Message Service: Rs. 34
Total: Rs. 253
As already mentioned this total amount Rs.253.00 has been wrongly charged in our Bill.
All these services mentioned above have not been asked for.
We have already cleared the remaining balance amount of the bill.
Inspite till date we have been constantly receiving messages to pay the balance money i.e, Rs.253.
Our outgoing call facility has been barred.
We would like you to take swift action & do the needful at the earliest. Since it is a
corporate connection, we lose a lot of business as the outgoing calls are barred by your
company.
