Admit card not issued for jkcet 2008

Sir,

My admit card was to be issued on 25th july from MAM college for jkcet 2008. But over there the authorities refused me saying that they didn't get an admit card for me... They said probably your form would have been rejected but when i contacted the concerned authorities regarding it (office at bahu plaza, jammu), they said that the form is ok and your admit card should have been issued..but it was not issued... What should i do?
