AD-DISH TV has cut Rs. 500.00 from my VSNL prepaid cash card on 27.05.09 (Transation no. 28900589). As a reply of my quary AD-dish TV informed me that, Montu Pal (resident of Medinipur District, W.B) gave my cell number to them. But that person is unknown to me and I don't have any link to Dish TV. With out proper conformation and verification on one can't cut money from any prepaid cell. AD- DISH TV has no right to cut money without my concent. I want my money refund.
