It is highly regretted to inform you that in spite of the premium amount paid in full for the above policy you are yet to send the Insurance Policy Certificate. It seems you are more interested in collecting Premium rather than completing the formality of sending the certificate. Your job is not completed by collecting the premium. If sending the certificate takes more than five months for you, God knows how will be your service to customers in future. Bear in mind customers have believed you while taking the Policy.
This letter I am writing to you after following up with Integrated Enterprises, Agents through whom I have taken this Policy. Several times over phone and personally enquiring with them. Their standard reply is they are following up with LIC.
Explain to me the reasons for delay in sending the certificates at the earliest.
