With reference to policy No. S381199129. The last premium was due for payment was on 28.02.2009

This is a salary saving scheme payment policy therefore erroneously the premiums were paid till 28.10.2009. It means eight installments were overpaid. Kindly arrange for refund of Rs. 3856/- at the earliest.
