I am holding Jeeva Suraksha policy No 481504702 which matured in 1907. Accordingly, four quartely checks from 01 Apr 08 till 31 March 09 was sent to me. However next lot of checks from 01 Apr 09 to 31 March 10 has not been sent to me as yet. I have sent the certificate of existance to The RM (CRM), East Central Zone on 24 Mar 09. However, No action has been taken as yet. You are requested to send the checks immediately.
