Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I have purchase 2 nos. Air tickets of Jetlite for Mumbai to Kolkata on 16.03.08 by charging my CITI Bank credit card and the said tickets were cancelled through telephone on 19.03.08 vide cancellation no. 602216 dtd. 19.03.08 at 12.53 hrs.

Please note that the said cancellation was confirmed by your office over Telephone indicates the refund voucher no. 200803254673478 of Rs. 7140.00 which is to be credited to my account. Unfortunately till date it has not credited and this was confirmed by CITI Bank vide their mail dated 26.12.08.

In view of the above I would request you to kindly check it at your end and inform me the facts immediately. I do not want to be harassed any more. I will also claim the interest if the same is not yet credited.
