we had booked ticket with JETLITE more than 1 month in advance. However 2 days before the journey date, we are informed that the ticket is cancelled. No information of this was provided to us. This is an transactation error from JETLITE however there is no positive response from them. Even the contact details of web transaction team is not made available to discuss the case. As a customer we are just informed the ticket is cancelled.
This attract the reputational and financial loss to us, however there is no response from JETLITE team.
