Inspite of having confirmed ticket Jetlite did not take me to my destination

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to draw your attention towards the "extreme" inconvenience which my family and I underwent while travelling from New Delhi to Aurangabad on 28th April.

To catch the early morning flight, departure time 6.35 am, we reached the airport well ahead of time with the following details :

1) Name - Shiromani Kant /age - 31/ sex- male /e-Ticket Number : 7059626353682/Reservation Number Z9THZU

2) Name - Shweta Kant /age-27/sex-female/e-Ticket Number : 7059626353683/Reservation Number Z9THZU

3) Saranya Kant/age-1.5 years/sex- female/e-Ticket Number : 7059626353684/Reservation Number Z9THZU

But to my surprise I was told that there was no vacant seats available!!! Now this was something which I would not have imagined even in wildest of my dreams that I having a confirmed ticket is being asked to take next flight, Indian, scheduled at 1.00 pm because there are no seats available.

I was transferred to Aurangabad and had booked all my luggage and handed over the rented apartment to the flat owner, so I literally felt earth slide below my feet as i had no place to go. On top of all I had a small baby in hand and thus spending so much time in the lounge which one flight manager Ms. Rupa Shally was offering was totally unacceptable. In addition to that her behaviour was such that I had done some crime and was being penalised for the same. I want that the concerned person should question her behaviour. Finally a ticket was arranged for us for the next flight of 1.00 pm dept time. With the ticket we left for my acquaintance place who found my uninformed visit very awkward. When I reached the airport to catch the afternoon fight, as if trouble was not over, found that the ticket issued was of previous day i.e 27th april. Already exhausted with the misadventures again I had to contact the Jetlite for making amendments.

I request teh overhauling of the process as they are for convenience and not for creating pains of highest degrees and would like that such inconvenience should not be repeated more so with people travelling with family having small kids along.

I trust proper actions would be taken.
