Hi,

I left JP Morgan chase on 31st July. The PF form was submitted by the company on 12th Feb. I have not received the PF amount till date. I have contacted my previous company regarding the same but they said that i need to contact the PF office. I have called several times on the PF office numbers but there is no answer.

My PF account no is MH/92681/6072.Request you to kindly assist me in withdrawing the PF amount. I would like the same to be credited to my account.
