Dear Sir,

I am submitting IT return every year regularly, but I have not received the refund since last 4 years, I am handicapped lady I can not visit your office every one or second day.

Some of your officers asking some commision for releasing the refund. I am not running a big business to give this commision.

So help me to get my refund as early as possible
