K530 i sony Eriction

As i have submitted my handset K530 i reciept no.se oo949411932 on the shivansh communication authorised service centre sony eriction Agra on 26th june i.e. in warantee period & as per the commitment I was suppose to recieve the hand set on 13 th july but till dat I have not received the handset with respect to that I had diposited the Handsfree model No. HPM 64 SE 30902410042 reciept no. of service centre againest which i had login complain in customer care on 15th july with the complain ID 78390923 & 78391041 respectively but still I have not received any concrete answer.

Kindly reevert me the same otherwise I have to go to consumer forem
