Faulty handset

I purchased Sony Ericsson k550i on 27.09.08 from J.K.Next, Gokhale Road, Thane. Till Date i have been facing following problems :

1. Headset stopped working after one month, which was been replaced after 2 months from the date of making omplaint.

2. System connector could not connect the headset, charger and datacable. Service repaired the same but after repairing the same similar problem occured. This time i was charged Rs. 450 saying the connector had broken.

3. Again after 3 mts my service connector started giving problems. when aproached your service center at Thane, I was told the connector was covered with fungus and moisture and it has to be replaced again. which i did not replace.

4. Since two days my phone keeps on hanging. Incoming callas r comming but i cannot receive any calls nor can I receive any messages.

After all above problems it is been very clear that the handset sold to me was faulty, and services provided was also not good.

I would appertiate if you could take some action on the dealer and the service station which I had been aproaching. Also would request you to please replace the handset give me proper service.

I hav all my bills which i had been charged for my handset for your reference.
