I have deposited my k750i to the sony ericsson service centre (2 Rippon Street, Kolkata) on 29/05/09.

i have been told to check back the status on 05/06/09. When i have called the service centre firstly they made to hold my phone for more than 10 mins to check the status and secondly told me that the set is yet not been checked and after checking if the store required for repair is available then delivery will be done on Monday approx. I replied that one of the staff called me up on 04/06/09 and told my mother that the store is available and the cost is 675/- (problem was that the KEYPAD is malfunctional). If one day before the store was available how the other staff are totally ignore about it and if not available it shuold be informed to me by phone but the basic protocol they are not following.

The same problem of the phone was told to me by sony ericsson jabalpur service centre in only 20 minswhich this centre took about 7 days.

I have personally told this service centre staff the i have to leave the city before 09/06/09 so i need delivery before 07/06/09 but now they made it very difficult for me.

This centre should be given proper punishmenmt.
