CAMERA PROBLEM IN WARRANTY

Hi,

This is to bring in to your kind notice that i am very much fed up of the services being provided by sony ericson service provider.

I was facing problem with the camera and charging problem in my cell and i approached one service centre in Borivali west, Mumbai, in order to get it rectified.

Kindly note that i gave my cell phone on 23rd of june to the service provider, but till date my cell phone has not been yet repaired by them.i have almost visited more than 15 times to their shop but everytime they come up with some or the other reason. As my cell phone is under warranty so they promised me that sony ericson will provide me new cell phone in place of the old cell phone but they didn't turn up and still i am still visting their shop again and again.they promised me to give new sony ericson phone- C501.

As on date when i visited the shop, they handed me my old cell phone to me but again in vain i have to say that it was not repaired and on top of that i doubt they have done some other changes in my cell phone, as the back cover of the cell phone was damaged. Kindly register my complaint and i want the reason from sony ericson that if your service provider are not able to serve the customer in a good way then what is the use of opening such kind of service centres. Sony Ericson should appreciate my patience, since it has been more than 5 months and give me the compensation for the same as a person without cell phone is same as a person without eyes.

Can you just imagine how much i have suffered these days without my cell phone?

I invested another 2000 bucks to buy an ordinary cell phone to do regular calls as i was under the impression that i will get my cell phone back with in another 10 or 15 odd days but this is not serving the purpose as my business demands a cell phone which i had.

If this will remain happening then i am sorry to say that you are forcing me to approach the consumer court. I need proper justification, if you can provide, and compensation for the same.

I suggest you to pay attention to customer problems and address them as soon as possible otherwise you will loose 100 of customer by loosing a single customer, as you know that in near future i would be the influence leader and my words will act as word of mouth for others.

this is in your hand whether SONY ERICSON want Good word of mouth or bad one.

Hopefully you will wake up very soon and resolve my problem.
