Our telephone No.0612-2363611 is not working and completely dead for more than ONE AND HALF YEAR. We have already made so many complaints in telephonic and verbally, but still the position is same. BSNL people are not bothered to rectify the problem and also they are not giving any satisfactory reply.
In spite of our repeated attempts for the past few months, still our phone is out of order and we are helpless .what to do and how to proceed the matter to get a better service, it is very much disappointing and frustrating us.
Therefore, we request you to look into this matter and do the needful at your end.
