WE, KAJARIA INFRASTRUCTURE has made payment for the company car alloted to J RAJA SEKARAN, our DGM - Projects. The payment for the renewal of insurance was made via HDFC BANK A/C# 03192320001533 cheque# 440437 dated 24-07 for Rs.7921/-.

It is HIGHLY REGRETTABLE that the policy is not given to us for past 45 days inspite we had tried our best to contact your rep. Mr. Mukesh went futile.

KINDLY SEND US THE POLICY IMMEDIATELY.
