This letter is to inform you that our telephone (No:080-28379374) in not working since four months though we have paid all the bills we have complained about this. Inspite of not working. We have complained so many times about this matter to A.E & S.D.O.T, but there is no response .so I request you to take action about this matter as soon as possible.
