Non receipt of PF balance

I left kamat hotels in january and submitted my withdrawal forms at our office. after my enquiry with them PF office bandra east told that my company group is being shifted to kandivali. and where the desk was not allocated.

for almost 10 months the desk was not allocated, i sumitted my papers personnaly in the month of OCTber 2008 and im still watiing for the money to come.

Is government going to give us the interest whcih we have lost, the telephone nos of kandivali office is not picked up, even if they pick they keep it aside. common people will not know whom to contact. With me from our office there are so many who left office, and are still watiing to receive their dues.

we are really sorry to say but it should be given to private agencies.
