Not attending the Repair work- since spare parts not available in hyderabad

I have given Mobile of K30 for repair (Track Pad) not working on 03.06. intially service centre (Sri sai comuunication told us within 02 days they will give back the handset.

But after 20 days also they have not attend the job. Reason saying that they have not received the Track pad from bangalore office
