Sir, we had purchased one bag from kaviraj housewares we ordered for RED COLOUR BAG and they delievered us a BLACK COLOUR BAG from 3rd june till the date we are communicating with them for a change but they r not ready and on the top the CITIBANK PEOPLE whose merchant is this kaviraj houseware r also not initiating they r only intrested in the payment

SIR WE AS A CONSUMER WOULD PLS ASK UR HELP IN THE SAME AND TAKE AN ACTION AND DO THE NEEDFUL
