I was having skin problem on my shoulders and back because of sun burns. I went to Kaya (Supposedly skin clinic) thinking they might give me solution for the same. Instead the doctor told me i have three different tones on my face due to sun burns and i should go for skin lightening. I was very much amazed by the tactics of doctor to lure me into treatment i never wanted to go for. The doctor promised me about being treating by themselves.
I took one of their sessions and realized that they are doing nothing good but selling some beauty ointments and making "Patients" to buy more of their products.
Then i realized i have been cheated and wanted to get my money back. but they plainly refused and told me that they dont have any such policy. Further they asked me to gift it to somebody else.
This is really heartbreaking that some one who calls themselves doctor and supposed to help patients are minting money by improper practices.
I wanted to know how should i go about it? Should i lodge a formal complaint with the consumer forum?
