I had opted for some laser services at Kaya and I paid a huge amount for the service in advance. Later On going for the service I was told that the services could not be given to me since I had some Skin problem. I had mentioned about the problem on the registration form. Ideally the practitioner should have suggested against the service before I made the payment. They said that the offer was only for that day and i was lured into taking and paying for more services. Now they are not ready to refund the money and are asking me to opt for some other services which I am not comfortable with. Is there any way I can get my money back.
