I purchased a air cooler 9704 Turbo Cool Kenstar Model in May. After that in the month of August, the water pump of the cooler was not total working. I complained to service centre and lodged a complain (complain no. DGP08H210051). About two months have been passed and at present the complaint was not attended so far. Then I contacted distributor, they gave a me a new number of complain centre from where I also lodged a complain (complain no. KCI 165). But still not attended by the company service engineer. Now what i have to do? Me and my wife both are doing government service. We have no time.
May I suggest not to purhcase any product under Kenstar logo because of his service and warranty in future.
