Greetings from ACT College of Engineering & Technology, Chennai.
I have purchased a double cool delux Model No: CP 0118H from Arasan electronics, Coimbatore on 18th May by cash payment. Its speed control was not working condition while purchasing. As per my request, once a service engineer from Kenstar visited to our residence, checked your product but not rectified the fault. He told he will bring new motor for that cooler. After that he did not come upto now. Then again we talked to service centre. They have replied that the particular motor for that cooler was not available with them. They asked us to wait and bear with them. Kindly go through this matter and please do the needful.
