Kenstar LS-78 Washing machine
Machine not working

I had purchased Kenstar LS 78 washing machine on 26 Nov. the machine is giving sound and on complaing the technician from the company attended on 29 Sep 08. the technician foud that certain part is required to be replaced and went back with assurance to replace the part within three days. After that repeated telephine calls have failed to get attention from the company service centres and may complaint is not being rectified.

I request halp in getting my complaint attended immediately.
