I own a kenstar microwave oven model no. OM29ECF which has sum problem and its is sparking and so the unit is not useable and besides enormous calls to the service centre and the complaints registered with them for more than 14 days today the matter is unresolved and they say dat they dont have the required parts for the same. i mean they are unable to arrange for the specific parts for so long and they are not even able to answer when would the specfic part arrive and they also say it take more than a month or so.
