Machine not working

I have made several complaints to the call centre and service centre also but the machine has not been made operational so far though once company service personels had visited my house. I request the machine may please be rectified immediately failing which i will be compelled to seek redresal of grievance from consumer court. I may be advised about the progress in complaint process.
