Frequent leakage from the RO

I have been frequently trying to contact Mr Mukesh Jha (Mob No. 9313524964) of Model Town New Delhi regarding very frequent leakage of water from the system. This leads to flooding of kitchen and surroundings. I was given to understand that at least for some time I will get good service but it is very unfortunate that on earlier occasion also when I complaint personally it was not attended to except one time that is immediately after the installation for the same complaint. I would request you that if you feel that system cannot be maintained or complaints responded to timely please take the system back. It is just not desireable that I keep closing the tap at various times of the day and unsuccessfuly calling the given number. I hope you would respond and would give us the number of person who is responsive and could attend the calls and would get the complaint attended to on priority.
