Not providing service

I bought Kent RO system from a Kent dealer&paradise decorators pvt. ltd. Chandigarh. in April it was informed that every three months the system will be checked but nobody has ever bothered to attend for the same. When I had some problem, after so many telephonic calls, requests but nobody come to check and service the system. kindly look intothe matter and suggest us what to do further. i need the immediately service of the system and rest of the problem over. my email id is [email protected]
