I had booked a ticket for the sector Mumbai - Kandla PNR - DDFGLR. I canceld the same on 9/9 over the phone. However I am yet to get the refund. I have contacted the redund dept several times and they fail to tell me what is the matter and finally they asked me to send my query to [email protected]. I have checked with my credit card company - CITI bank and they say they have no information about the refund. They have asked me to furnish a statement that shows that Kingfisher has refunded my money. There is no response form kingfisher. I have called them 7 times and they maintain that a refund has been processed, but are no willing to help me with the proof. I am stuck between kingfisher and citi. I have emailed them thrice but no one is bothered to reply. SICK COMPANY SICK SERVICE.
