Mr. MALYA I HAVE TAKEN IT PERSONALLY TOO

ON 15TH ME AND MY WIFE TOOK A KINGFISHER FLIGHT TO DELHI FROM BHUBANESWAR. THE FLIGHT WAS DELAYED BY OVER 2 HOURS. SO WE REACHED DELHI AT AROUND 12:30 AT NIGHT. THERE WAS NO FOOD IN YOUR AIRLINE SO WE WERE OFFERED SOMETHING WHICH WAS AN EXCUSE FOR FOOD. FIST YOU DELAY US BY OVER 2 HOURS AND MAKE SURE WE DO NOT GET FOOD ANYWHERE AND THEN YOUR IN FLIGHT REFRESHMENTS GET OVER HALF WAY DOWN THE AISLE AND MAKE US SMELL THE BIRYANI WHICH THE OTHER PASSENGERS WERE HAVING. BEAUTIFUL GUEST CARE.
