Ticket of Kingfisher Airlines

I have purchased a ticket from Mumbai to Bhuvneshwar to travel by

>Kingfisher airlince, this ticket was booked by one of the travel agents

>& I was clearly given the Kingfisher airlines ticket with meal

>preference on it.

>When I reached at Mumbai airport of Kingfisher terminal I was surprised to

>know that this flight is operated by Deccan & not by Kingfisher, by

>the way for same Deccan flight the ticket was costing appx Rs 4700, &

>for the same flight I was offered the ticket of appx Rs. 7043.00 .

>When I reached Kingfisher terminal I was surprised to know that flight is

>of Deccan which is from other terminal & travel time is appx 30 min

> from one terminal to other.

>Anyhow I managed to board the flight-

>1) No Meal was served as the meal preference was clearly mentioned on the

>ticket.

>2) No where on ticket it was mentioned that flight is operated by Deccan.

>3) For Deccan flight I have to pay higher fair as I was given the

>Kingfisher ticket.

>I have written the mail to Kingfisher & I received the reply from

Kingfisher officials.

This is totally unethical business practice I am sending you the advance

copy of the complaint & filing the compensation/case shortly on

Kingfisher.

Your Immediate action will be appreciated.
