sub: no proper service and response and indifferent nature of the dealer

I Pawan Saraf residing in Chennai want to place a complain regarding the dealer of Kingfisher Premium Packaged Drinking water operating in Chennai. I have not received the water cans from the Chennai dealer from the past 10 days on 1st december and when we contact them they do not respond to the complains. This is a regular feature of the dealer. The severing provided by them is just spoiling the name of the company as we are just not satisfied with their service I also want severe action to be taken on the staff of the water dealer in Chennai as there is an arrogant and indifferent attitude shown. Kindly take up my complain and take the appropriate action.
