Pendrive takes so much in the process of copy

I have a 4gb pendrive of kingston and my problem is that my pendrive takes so much time in copying.when i start copying two or more things both copy process seems to be still and the estimated time for copy a data starts increasing..even this problems persists in the small data like 70 mb or 80 mb... i bought my pendrive on 3 august... please tell me solutin
