Dear Cusomercomplaint,

I have purchased pair of shoes from BIGBAZAAR malleshwara branch bangalore on june with shoe branded as HNIGHTWOOD and salespersons ensured me i will get six month of waranty and guarentee . if the goods get spoiled with in 6 months there will be guarantee and then afterwards there will be warranty. but with in span of 45 days i got my shoe torned. when i took the same goods to BIGBAZAAR officials they din't responded well and no replacemenet or repair was done.
