POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I traveled in KPN bus from chennai to Coimbatore. Bus Number TN 09 AK 1999. Date Jan 09. Time 10.15 PM. This bus was worst in condition. Driver was drunk. Driver also using bad words about KPN management all the way. At Tirupattur Bus met with a accident. Bus Back bumper was damaged. The was not going more than 30 km speed, passenger could not sit inside the bus, it was full of diesel smell. Bus Reached the KPN Travel Petrol pump at Salem around 6.45 am next day. The Bus got breakdown. When the passenger try to call the care no 0427-4222222/2222222. There was no proper response from KPN Management. KPN Manager (94437919996) did not pick up the call. After frequent followup alternative bus was arranged. We reached Coimbatore around 12 pm. (14 Hour Journey)
