this is with reference to the crbt settings invoked. I, K. Senthil Nathan user of 9443985603 and my wife user of 9443488328 have been invoked of the tone which we didn't ask for on 13/7. For my number this was invoked some 3 months back and I didn't make an issue. but now that my wife's the same has happened. Both the numbers are in one place. crbt tune has been set from 9443985603 to 9443488328. In the cell history there is no such outgoing or incoming call during the time specified. we placed complaint on 13/7 and the complaint number is 106871. Since there was no response I was asked to place a complaint again on 14/7 complaint number 106943. when enquired there was no proper response. Server down was the response many a time. On monday morning (21/7) I received a call from this no. 0431 2700001, The person spoke harshly and didn't give me any convincing reply. He simply said it will happen this way only and the amount has been deducted. I expect proper response to this issue.
