This is to inform you that how Loop Mobile System Works and How there Customer Support works.

On 19th June my 20 Rupees were Deducted without any information...

So i gave a call to Loop Mobile Asst (50555) one of the Executive attended the call i gave him each and every information bout the issue.

That time he told me that one of our Server is having some updation, So i agreed for that thinking that it may have!!! He told to give me a call

after 4 to 5 hours then we will be able to give you the Information.

But i gave a call after 24 hrs, At that i made a word with some girl she told that still our server is not updated so please call us Later, So my

mind got Sucked with this Reasons, and i told her to transfer the Line to your Team Leader and then the Line got transfered to Team Leader (Mr Divyesh Nair)

It was a long Conversation of 45 minutes, he was just apolozising for the server updation .. And he was also saying me the same thing that call after 4 to 5 hours

i will be able to solve your problem.. Ok then i agreed thinking that he is Team Leader he may knowing the Exact SLA, And the same day on 20th i told him to cancel

my CRBT, He told that dont worry i will do it from my end and he told me that my CRBT will be Cancelled within 48 Hrs, So i told him OK No issue but it should be Done,

and then again i told him if its not done then what should i do, so he told me that no need to worry if its not done then Directly you

can speak with me.

And then on 21st june i gave a call by following his policies. I Called to Loop Mobile Assit i spoke with Amit that guy was very Ir-responsible

for speaking with the customer as if he was speaking in Slum English and hindi Language, I just told him that please transfer the Line to

your Team Leader he told that no one is there on the Floor, i Again told him please transfer the line to your Team Leader and if he is

not there then you can transfer it to your Floor Manager. He told me in Simple Language "" Bola na Nahi Hai "" That means all the Executive

Sitting in Inbound are King of the Floor and Customer are the Soldiers of Loop Services. Bloody Fuc***s...

one day have been Passed and then i gave a call on 23rd in the Evening time one girl recieved the Call (Monika) she asked me about the

problem, so i told her about the issue of CRBT, she told me that till now your Request for Cancelling the CRBT has not yet Taken, and she told me

Please hold the Line so i will make a request from my end...

I told her dont do it and i want to speak with your Team Leader, she Placed my call on Hold and on second call i got a call from Divyesh Nair (09870588800). and straight away i told him

Kya tu mujhey chutiya bana raha hai kya. because i was Frustated. I told him that that day you told me within 48 hrs of time my CRBT was going to be cancelled, He told me yes it was.

But when i told him that Monika told me your request is not registered till now so it was going to be close, He Reply me i am sorry i accept my Mistake, I forgot to do the same.

I will Do it rite now and with in 4 hours it will be cancelled...

That means the Customer who are using Loop Mobile Service are Fool...

THis is the way they treat there Customers...

If Team Leader himself dont know how to work then what the Agents will???

First Give the Training to your Team Leader so he can explain it to there Agent how to Speak...

And 5 Days are gone till now your Server is not updated and i dont think that Fuc***g Server will be Updated...

Because you Business in Profit

i.e if you are having the Problem with 50000 customer with the same Issue you will be earning in Lakhs

50000*2=1000000
