I have travelled from coimbatore to bangalore on 26/06, trip code no2030PGTBNG departure time 22 hrs PNR NO JI3824330 tiecket no 10778266

morning at 4.20 DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR SWITCHEDON music sysytem. When I requested them to swithchitof the Conductor misbehaved with me. We all forcibally listened to the music till 4.55 am till we reached Bus stand. I feel this is not the way to wakeup people. you provide us mineral water and tissue paper to appease passenger., but what is the use if you have appointed rude conductor

When I told the conductor that I am complaining to the higherups. he said DO IT I AM LEAST BOTHERED YOU COMPLAIN TO ANYBODY I DONT CARE

THIS IS ONE REASON PRIVATE PEOPLE PREFFER PRIVATE BUS
