Our online complaints registered vide 3772 dated 30-10 & 8611 dated 20-12 and letters dated 3-11, 21-11 & 21-02 for excess billing are pending with you.
Now the meter is working alright and we have been paying the bills in time. But the excess amount to be corrected.
Our small complex having 15 flats is charged minimum of Rs 1832.50 per month, which is more than the water we consume. Our consumption is between 79 to 120 Kls, which is much less than the minimum bill amount.
Therefore, the excess amount to be corrected immediately without harassing further.
