Adapter & Batery problem

Dear sir i had bought a Lenovo2049 laptop in 19/05 from ROLEX INFOTECH shope at Asansol (west Bengal). After few days i have problem in the bateryis shortly dischsrge and the adapter is not working. so i complain in the shope and i give the labtop & adapter.he told tha they are send the labtop in custamer care center in kolkata but they are note responding. so i requaste to you please solve my problem and told me what i do? i give you the shop addrase & P.h. no.billow
