Non refund of security amount

We are a group of 7 MBA students, pursuing MBA from ICFAI BUSINESS SCHOOL, GURGAON

we had taken a house floor on rent in palam vihar in october from the owner Mr. S.K. Randhawa on rent amount of rs.15000 and REFUNDABLE Security of Rs. 30000, and we vacated the house after 4 months in feb.

and after repeated calls and reminders, the owner is now not returning our security and threatening us in the name of some police officials that he will have us behind the bars.

we are very scared and require help. please help us in the matter
