Lost deposit money/on pickup

To Whom it May Concern, I called your complaint department twice, and talked to two representives about it. Your staff was short the times i came to pick up my order. Which I carefully selected the items. They where put back in the jewlery dept.purchash date was Nov.15.Final pickup date was Jan10.2009.I came in twice to pick up my lay-a-way. But to no avail there was insufficent staff and plenty of unpleasnt vibes coming from waiting customers. So I left and tried again and again. I trully like shoppin in your wonderful store. I tried to shop wisely to get the most out my budget. Normally you have great things happening in your store. I was told by two telephone conversation someone would return my call. Right now no one has called my home nor my cell phone. What happened? To this day I feel like I was legally robbed, taken advantage. Please return the trust and faith that all customers count.big bucks and small bucks count. Lately I miss my excercise walkes to Good old Kmart. I hope it stays in Glassboro area.
