BATTERY BACK PROBLEM

Hi I have purchase my lenevo laptop in patna 6 month back, I have already charge 8 hour perday to lenevo y series but my laptop is giving only 30 to 35 minutes back up only i am fed up with this problem. I use to visit your local service center at SP VERMA ROAD, PATNA AND BYTE SHOPEE CDA BUILDING.But no one given me proper response.

plz solve my problem.
