I had purchased my lenevo Y510 last year on 28 of April. From few months i m facing problem in it, as its key board flap has been detached from its place, hence making problem in opening and closing.

Few months back i had made a complaint to the dealer (cyber infosystems, kota, rajasthan) from whom i had purchased, but no action has been taken till now. Therefore I request you to take some action asap.
