Sir,
I bought a Lenovo 5312-2no desktop with Sr No L900247 on 7th March.
Request for UPS was registered with Lenovo as per Registration Code REDMO27147472740033.
The required Documents were also sent by First Flight Courier service on 24th of March with 499 Rs/- Demand Draft.
I have send several mails to [email protected], there is no reply about the status of the UPS. At last they gave mobile number of Mr. Nagaraja, Telephonic Complaints were also made. As per Mr. Nagaraja request i send mail to [email protected] on 23rd june but no reply on this. Pls help on this.
