I PURCHASED THIS BRAND NEW LENOVO LAPTOP 27Q SERIES WHICH IS THE LATEST IN THE COMPANYS RANGE OF LAPTOPS ON 24-10-08 FROM CROMA FARIDABAD.MY LAPTOP GOT FAULTY 0N 9/12/08 SUSEQUENTLY I DEPOSITED THE SAME TO THE COMPANYS SERVICE CENTRE IN FARIDABAD i.e I.T WORLD ON 10/12/08, NOW EVEN AFTER ONE MONTHS TIME MY PROBLEM IS NOT YET SOLVED.ON CONTACTING CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAY THAT THE CASE HAS BEEN FORWARDED FOR LAPTOP REPLACEMENT AND HAS GIVEN ME A REFRENCE NO.ON INQUIRING WHEN WILL I GET THE NEW MACHNINE THEY SAY THE PROCESS TIME IS AGAIN ONE MONTH.NOW I SOMETIMES THINK THAT HAVING PURCHASED THE SO CALLED LENOVO BRAND I HAVE COMIITTED SOME SIN.AND WHAT ABOUT THE LOSS I AM INCURRING WITHOUT THE MACHINE.
