Poor response of allahabad service centre

I have purchased a laptop (y500 series) on 31st may and i am facing problems with its DVD writer... For the same i went to allahabad service centre on 24th may (7 days befor the warranty period)..but the response of the service was so poor that they could not even lock the complaint even after several visits and calls made to the centre..at last my warranty was over on 31st May..Now i am perplexed ..what to do next to file a complaint against the service center employyes who ill treated me at each visit... kindly provide me information for filing such complaint and any phone no. where i may contact for such type of situations...
